Outstanding opportunity for a contentious Trusts & Probate lawyer of 3 or more years’ PQE to join this strong Private Wealth Disputes team in Reading. The team deals with a wide range of matters and involves them working closely with the non-contentious Private Client team. The day-to-day caseload involves the full range of contentious Trusts and Probate matters including:
- Inheritance Act claims for Claimants and Defendants;
- claims involving challenges to the validity of Wills;
- executor/administrator disputes (including removal of executor applications);
- estate administration disputes;
- Court of Protection disputes;
- various types of trust disputes.
You will be expected to run your own caseload of smaller matters, as well as assisting more senior colleagues on larger matters and benefitting from the supervision and support of the Head of the Will Disputes & Contentious Probate team and other senior members of the team.
