Law firm in Cheltenham is currently seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Private Client Partner to lead the team. This role will be integral to the senior management team and will involve driving strategic initiatives and contributing to the growth and success of the Private Client department.
The successful candidate will provide leadership and strategic direction for the Private Client department, overseeing a team of solicitors and support staff. You will develop and execute growth strategies to enhance the department’s presence in the Gloucestershire and South-Western market.
In addition, you will deliver high-quality legal advice and services to clients on matters including wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate, as well as fostering strong client relationships and actively engage in business development efforts.
You will also collaborate effectively with other departments and partners to leverage resources and expertise, and mentor and support junior solicitors, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
Applicants will be England & Wales qualified solicitors with substantial experience in Private Client law. A proven track record of leadership and management within a legal firm, accompanied by excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are pre-requisites for the role. Finally, strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a focus on driving results will be key.
