Commercial law firm in London is seeking to recruit a non-contentious Construction lawyer with 4 or more years’ PQE. The team specializes in clean energy projects and handles matters such as:
- BESS/Solar Supply Agreements and EPC contracts
- O&Ms & LTSAs
- Component Warranties
- Clean energy project developments, acquisitions, and disposals
- Technologies including BESS, solar PV, wind, hydro, energy-from waste, biogas, hydrogen, EV charging infrastructure, and district heating (familiarity is advantageous)
