Regulatory (Health & Safety) Solicitor/Barrister 3 – 5 & 6 years’ PQE/ Call to Partner level LONDON

Directories listed Regulatory (Health & Safety) department in London requires two Health & Safety Solicitors/Barristers – one of 3 to 5 years’ PQE/Call and the other of 6 or more years’ PQE/Call up to Partner level (depending on your level of experience). Candidates for both roles will have a detailed knowledge of UK health and safety laws and ideally experience in fire safety law. Experience of assisting or managing major health and safety incidents, fatal accident inquiries, or high-profile regulatory investigations would be an advantage. More broadly the successful applicant will support the wider activity of the team in defending clients in a disciplinary criminal or regulatory context. This work involves defending and/or advising those in the police, tertiary education, health, transport and accountancy sectors. In addition, both candidates will be expected to play an active role in the marketing and business development activities of the department.
