Our client, a law firm well-regarded for the work it does in Private Client law, is seeking a newly-qualified Solicitor to join their Private Client team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, families, trustees, and charities, on a broad range of private client matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Advising UK and non-UK domiciled individuals on estate planning, wills, trusts, and tax matters;
  • Supporting senior lawyers on complex Court of Protection and Deputyship work;
  • Drafting legal documents including wills, powers of attorney, and trust deeds;
  • Liaising with clients, counsel, and external advisors with professionalism and sensitivity;
  • Conducting legal research and preparing client briefings;
  • Assisting with business development and marketing initiatives.

Experience and Knowledge:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ level);
  • Completed a training seat in Private Client or a closely related area;
  • Strong academic background and excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • A genuine interest in private client work and a commitment to client care;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage tasks independently;
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to practice development.
