Commercial law firm in Guernsey is seeking to recruit a Corporate lawyer of 0 to 3 years' PQE. The team offers the full range of corporate, banking and commercial services and is able to advise on all aspects of Guernsey corporate and commercial law, including banking and finance, regulatory, investment funds, asset management and listings on The International Stock Exchange (TISE). Clients include both local and international businesses.
The successful candidate will assist senior fee earners in the provision of a wide range of corporate and commercial legal advice in a busy corporate department, with a particular focus on general corporate, banking, regulatory, funds and M&A work. You will work with a degree of autonomy on complex legal matters (with Partner supervision appropriate to your level of PQE), as well as working collegiately as part of a team with other senior lawyers.
You will also build and maintain strong client relationships and engage in business development activities to win work from existing and new clients.
