This is an exciting opportunity for two contentious IP/Patent Solicitors/Barristers (one of 0 to 1 and the other of 2 or more years' PQE) to join this well-regarded City law firm. You will assist in the continued growth of the firm's IP/Patent Litigation offering, with an opportunity to work across the firm's key sectors.
The team works across transaction, advisory and litigation matters and has considerable experience advising clients on both domestic and international issues, including on cross-border litigation. They advise on the full spectrum of IP rights:
- patents
- copyright
- database rights
- trademarks
- designs
- domain names
- confidential information (including trade secrets)
The firm focuses on the following sectors:
- life sciences
- technology
- consumer/retail brand sector
- all other sectors in which the firm is active
The successful candidate can expect to acquire experience in complex multi-jurisdictional disputes involving proceedings in multiple forums, including the Patents Court, European Patent Office and before the Unified Patents Court.
