City-based commercial law firm is looking to recruit two Banking & Finance Litigation lawyers – one of 2 to 4 and the other of 5 or more years’ PQE. The Banking & Finance Disputes team has a deep knowledge of:
- the financial services sector
- complex financial products
- documentation and financial regulations
The team assists corporates and individuals:
- with disputes involving financial products and documents
- engaged with overseas or domestic financial services regulatory bodies
Matters are often high value and multi-jurisdictional and litigation is one part of the overall strategy for clients to achieve their commercial objectives. The team has the capability to support that strategy through:
- coordinated cross-border action
- injunctive and other urgent relief
- freezing orders
- worldwide tracing actions
Our client is looking for an Associate with an interest in all aspects of commercial litigation, as well as Banking & Finance Disputes, to join this busy and growing team and provide full support to the Partners in case management and business development, while helping to mentor other colleagues.
