Commercial law firm in East Yorkshire is looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor of 3 or more years’ PQE. The team undertakes a broad range of Litigation work relating to:
- Sale and supply of goods and services (nationally and internationally)
- Warranties, indemnities and restrictive covenants
- Consumer contracts (including distance selling and consumer protection)
- Director, shareholder and partnership disputes
- Agency and franchise agreements
- Breach of confidence and fiduciary duty
- Professional Negligence
