Responsibilities:
- Supporting M&A transactions
- Supporting strategic international legal projects
- Providing commercial legal advice
- Assisting in the administration of the company’s share plan
- Hands-on issue resolution
- Reviewing and amending commercial contracts including big compliance contracts
- A range of company secretarial work
Qualifications:
Applicants must either be an experienced Paralegal or a junior England & Wales qualified solicitor with a good quality legal training and experience from either a commercial law firm or an in-house legal department. Your experience can come from a range of the mainstream commercial practice areas, including Commercial Contracts and Corporate.
Our client will also consider applications from candidates seeking either a full-time or part-time (3 or 4 days per week) contract role as they can accommodate both. They can also consider candidates from further afield, as there would be the option to undertake this contract remotely (predominantly) but with the expectation you would be in the office for 1 to 2 days per month. You will be an integral member of a small but supportive team and the company operates a hybrid working policy.
