Well-regarded Planning department in Southampton is looking to recruit a Planning lawyer of 4 or more years’ PQE. The team works across a wide variety of industry sectors including housebuilding, retail, investment, energy, infrastructure, and projects.
The dedicated and experienced team works closely with clients to help achieve their planning objectives. Whether it is general planning advice, the drafting of Infrastructure Agreements or strategic planning advice to facilitate delivery of complex mixed-use schemes, our planning team offers a wealth of professional knowledge and advice which is always focused, clear and commercial.
You will be instrumental in strengthening the firm’s national brand and the successful candidate will be advising clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious planning matters, including:
- Highways matters
- Compulsory purchase work
- Drafting and negotiating complex Section 106 agreements
- Judicial review
- Footpath/highway closures
- Infrastructure agreements
- Village green issues
