Well-regarded Family law team in Reading is looking to recruit two Family lawyers – one of 0 to 2 and the other of 3 or more years’ PQE. Reporting to the Family Partner, both roles will require you to be responsible for managing your own client base and caseload (with an appropriate level of Partner supervision, depending on your level of PQE), and contributing to the continued development of the department.

We are looking for candidates who are commercially aware, proactive in business development and keen to support the ongoing growth of the Family Law team. Attributes required are:

  • Being keen to apply modern approaches to Family law, helping families and working in constructive ways;
  • At least some experience of undertaking Family law work for high net worth clients, ideally involving complex work;
  • Possessing an enthusiasm for working in ways that promote NCDR. Mediation or collaborative training is of interest but not essential.
