Commercial law firm in London is looking for a Solicitor Advocate or Barrister with 2 or more years’ PQE/Call to join the firm’s Advocacy Unit to lead Employment Tribunal hearings, deliver strategic advice, and represent leading brands nationwide across the commercial, health, and education sectors.

The successful candidate will focus on:

  • Employment Tribunal advocacy handling preliminary and final hearings
  • Drafting advisory work
  • Working closely with the Head of Advocacy and making an impact in a dynamic, high-profile environment

The Advocacy Unit has ambitious plans to expand and innovate. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Team and colleagues across all offices, contributing to the continued development and future direction of advocacy within the firm.

To be considered for this role, candidates will:
