Large commercial law firm in the City is looking to recruit an Employee Incentives lawyer of 1 or more years’ PQE.

The team is a dedicated Employee Incentives team and they advise listed companies, AIM companies, private companies, private equity houses and trust companies on issues relating to Employee Incentives generally, in takeover/MBO situations and on IPO.

They also advise global corporations on extending their incentive plans into the UK, EMEA and beyond.

The successful candidate will advise on all aspects of share/cash-based Employee Incentives, including advising on the implementation of:

  • LTIPs
  • Tax-advantaged arrangements
  • SAYE schemes
  • Restricted stock awards
  • Cash bonus plans
  • Numerous bespoke arrangements designed to achieve tax-efficiency.

Candidates will either already specialise in Employee Incentives matters or are currently undertaking a wider Corporate Tax remit which includes experience of Employee Incentives matters but you have a desire to specialise in Employee Incentives matters.
