Farrar Levin Legal Recruitment is assisting a large City-based commercial law firm in recruiting an Employee Incentives lawyer with 1+ years’ PQE. The role focuses on advising listed and private companies, PE houses, and trust entities on share and cash-based incentive schemes, LTIPs, SAYE plans, and bespoke tax-efficient arrangements.
The successful candidate will either have a dedicated Employee Incentives practice or be expanding a Corporate Tax remit to include incentives work.
