Private practice law firm on Teesside is seeking to recruit a talented and client-focused Private Client (Wills, Tax Trusts & Probate) Solicitor or Legal Executive of 1 or more years’ PQE. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.
You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters (with an appropriate level of Partner supervision, depending on your PQE), providing high quality advice to a diverse client base including some HNW individuals. The role offers genuine responsibility and the opportunity to build long-term client relationships.
Handling a broad range of private client work, you will undertake the following:
- wills and estate planning;
- probate and estate administration;
- trusts;
- Lasting Powers of Attorney;
- Deputyship;
- managing files efficiently from instruction through to completion;
- supporting business development and networking initiatives.
STEP qualification desirable but not essential.
