Data Protection lawyers NQ – 2 & 3+ years’ PQE LONDON

Commercial law firm in London is looking to recruit two Data Protection lawyers – one with 0 to 2 years of PQE and the other with 3 or more years of PQE. The team advises a wide range of corporate and other organisations across sectors including Communications, Media, Entertainment and Sports, e-Commerce, Financial Services, Health, IT, Aviation, and Defence. The successful candidates will support the team in providing outsourced data protection officer services and GDPR representative services to a diverse group of clients.

This role involves advising on various data protection compliance matters such as adherence to GDPR and other privacy regulations, data breaches, records of processing activities, and data transfer challenges. You will also assist clients with other privacy consultancy activities.
