Large commercial law firm in London is looking to recruit a Corporate Tax/Real Estate Tax Legal Director or Partner of 8 or more years’ PQE. The Tax team take an analytical yet commercial approach, supporting all types of corporate transactions as well as VAT, Stamp Duty and SDLT planning. They include tax lawyers and chartered tax advisors providing practical, pragmatic advice on all situations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Exit strategies and offshore structuring
  • Groups of companies
  • Employment tax
  • Remuneration planning (including redundancy)

The successful candidate will ideally have a strong background advising on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, corporate re-organisations and restructuring, as well as SDLT, VAT and employment taxes.
