Well-regarded Corporate Tax team at this large City-based law firm is looking to recruit two Corporate Tax lawyers (one of 2 to 5 and the other of 6 or more years’ PQE). This is an exciting opportunity to join a collegiate and growing team offering high quality tax work across a broad range of practice areas and excellent career development and responsibility. You will work closely with high calibre clients and colleagues in the UK and throughout the firm’s global network and can expect to have exposure to a wide range of high-quality projects.

  • excellent technical and analytical skills across legal drafting, legislative and case law interpretation, and the ability to translate technical concepts into strategic advice;
  • a desire to build on client relationships and develop their own client network;
  • the ability to manage projects and transactions in a pro-active and organised manner, and communicates well with colleagues, clients, counterparties and other advisers;
  • the enthusiasm for business development and strong interpersonal skills;
