US law firm in London is seeking to recruit a Corporate (Private Equity) lawyer of 3 or more years’ PQE. The team is looking for strong candidates with relevant experience in advising private equity funds in acquisitions, disposals, take privates and restructurings, and capital raises as well as corporate M&A transactions.
Advising principally financial sponsors, family offices, corporates and strategic investors on a variety of cross-border investment transactions, including leveraged buyouts, complex carve-outs, club deals, growth equity, re-capitalisations and liquidity transactions and distressed and turnaround sphere.
Candidates should be England & Wales qualified.
