This is an exciting opportunity for an aspirational Corporate/Commercial Legal Director or Partner to join this growing team in London. The role will involve covering a range of Corporate matters including re-organisations, acquisitions and disposals as well as advising on non-transactional Commercial matters such as commercial agreements and terms for clients in a range of sectors (these agreements are likely to include shareholders’ agreements and joint venture agreements, etc). You will also head up the team in this firm’s London office.
It goes without saying that all candidates will need to possess strong networking and business development skills.
