Corporate/Commercial lawyers NQ – 3 & 4+ years’ PQE SOUTHAMPTON

Commercial law firm in Southampton is looking to recruit two Corporate/Commercial lawyers – one with 0 to 3 years’ PQE and the other with 4 or more years’ PQE. The Corporate & Commercial team works across various sectors on a range of corporate transactions and non-transactional commercial matters. They advise UK and international clients, including start-ups, SMEs, listed companies, private equity and VCT funds, founders, management teams, and funders. Many team members come from large city firms, sharing a friendly and collegiate culture. The roles involve handling Corporate/Commercial matters such as: Assisting with all aspects of company law Private company mergers and acquisitions Private equity transactions, MBOs, and MBIs Joint ventures and shareholder agreements Articles of association and constitutional documents Demerger, company reconstructions, and reorganisations Additional opportunities include involvement with AIM flotations, takeovers, public company work, commercial lending, and business financing and refinancing.
