A commercial law firm in London is seeking to recruit a Commercial Property Partner to its Property team. They are looking for someone to develop clients and work within the department with an aim to build and grow the business whilst maintaining a consistent level of excellent client service.
You will act on the most challenging Commercial Property matters as well as supporting other Partners in the team on the management and development of larger key clients. Furthermore, in addition to developing the relationships you have with your own clients and/or referrers, you will also be expected to be very active in terms of business development in order to bring new clients to the team/firm.
There will also be an expectation to expand your area of business by broadening your area of expertise into new client sectors/markets or achieving greater market share. Effective delegation of work to the more junior members of the team is expected, as well as taking responsibility for the supervision of more junior fee earners with regards to file management and time recording.
Experience of a wide variety of Commercial Property matters, ideally including development, is important.
