This growing Advocacy Unit in this directories-listed Employment department in Cambridge is seeking Employment Counsel (Solicitor Advocate/ Barrister) of 3 or more years’ PQE/Call to represent leading organisations across commercial, health, and education sectors.
You will focus on Employment Tribunal advocacy, handling preliminary and final hearings, drafting, and advisory work. You will work closely with the Head of Advocacy and make an impact in a dynamic, high-profile environment.
The Advocacy Unit represents a key element of the firm’s growth strategy and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the continued development and future direction of advocacy within the firm.
Applicants will either be Barristers or Solicitor Advocates with Employment Tribunal experience accompanied by strong technical competence and knowledge of Employment law.
