The team is dedicated to delivering bespoke solutions to complex tax challenges and they pride themselves on their ability to provide clients with high quality tax and structuring advice. As well as working on corporate M&A, private equity and real estate transactions, they regularly advise on:
- cross-border structures
- financing arrangements
- funds
