City-based commercial law firm is looking to recruit two Banking & Finance Litigation lawyers – one of 2 to 4 and the other of 5 or more years’ PQE.
The Banking & Finance Disputes team has a deep knowledge of:
- the financial services sector
- complex financial products documentation
- financial regulations
The team assists corporates and individuals with disputes involving financial products and documents engaged with overseas or domestic financial services regulatory bodies. Matters are often high value and multi-jurisdictional, and litigation is one part of the overall strategy for clients to achieve their commercial objectives.
The team has the capability to support that strategy through:
- coordinated cross-border action
- injunctive and other urgent relief
- freezing orders worldwide
- tracing actions
Our client is looking for an Associate with an interest in all aspects of commercial litigation, as well as Banking & Finance Disputes, to join this busy and growing team and provide full support to the Partners in case management and business development, while helping to mentor other colleagues.
