Liaising with key stakeholders to deliver the end-to-end recruitment life-cyle across a variety of permanent requisitions located in the UK & Ireland. Alongside identifying candidates through various channels to aid with forward planning and Talent Pooling.
You’ll primarily work from home (only if you are located within the UK or Ireland), but you must be able to travel regularly to different sites across the UK and Ireland.This role is on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment manager to understand the hiring priorities and build effective recruitment strategies
  • Manager and lead end to end recruitment on multiple live vacancies simultaneously
  • Build strong talent pools for specialist and hard-to-fill roles
  • Use sourcing strategies including LinkedIn outreach, direct sourcing, referrals, and market mapping
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience from first contact through to offer stage
  • Advise stakeholders on areas of difficulty with attraction and offer solutions and timescales to resolve
  • Liaise with the HRIS & HR administration teams to ensure smooth handover to onboarding and overall success of all new starters
  • Maintain relationships with the approved PSL agents for all related roles
  • Complete 1st stage screening interviews/calls when requested by the business
  • Attend People Team and operational meetings as requested

Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of external systems, such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media advertising, Excel, Word, Outlook etc
  • Previous experience with recruiting applicant systems (desirable Oracle experience)
  • Strong internal talent acquisition experience
  • Previous experience hiring across multiple sections and levels
  • Ability to confidently source, engage and process candidates for live roles and talent pools
  • Basic knowledge of employment legislation and best practice in UK
  • Strong IT skills to include ATS, Linkedin and reporting platforms
  • Ability to build positive relationships at all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work independently
  • Resilient and self-confident with the ability to think on your feet while under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail and meticulous planning skills.
  • Strong understanding and commitment to confidentiality and integrity

Working hours are 35 hrs per week (Monday – Thursday 9am – 17:15pm. Friday 9am - 16:30pm with 1 hour for lunch daily)

Due to the nature of the role, some flexibility is occasionally as the department works to client deadlines.


Regular travel to sites throughout the UK&Ireland will be for this role.
