Farrans is seeking an enthusiastic recruitment professional to support recruitment across the Ireland region. You will attract and source talent, manage candidates through the process, and provide admin support to the recruitment team. A hybrid pattern exists with three days per week at our Northern Ireland Head Office, plus travel across Ireland as needed.
You will work with internal stakeholders, HRIS and HR to ensure a smooth candidate experience from attraction through onboarding.
