As a Site Agent, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering high-quality engineering and construction solutions. Working closely with the Senior Management team, you’ll ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, while continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve.
Responsibilities
- Oversee direct labour and subcontractors, ensuring all work meets time, quality, and budget targets.
- Provide technical support to overcome challenges and resolve queries.
- Manage setting out and dimensional control to ensure accurate construction.
- Drive a proactive approach to health and safety on-site.
- Coordinate temporary works, inspections, and testing regimes.
- Engage with stakeholders and attend key meetings to represent Farrans.
- Monitor commercial performance and ensure accurate submission of records for payments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience supervising engineering teams and subcontractors.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid knowledge of construction standards and specifications.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualifications (CSCS/CSR card, First Aid at Work).
- Full driving license and willingness to travel.
