We’re Hiring — Masters, Mates & Deckhands for our expanding CTV fleet. Join Farra Marine — Crew Transfer Vessels for Offshore Wind | UK & Europe. Europe’s offshore wind sector is moving faster than ever, and Farra Marine is moving with it. We are the fast growing CTV company in Europe and our young fleet is about to grow even more. In the coming months we are expanding our fleet of Crew Transfer Vessels supporting offshore wind projects across the UK and Europe — and we’re looking for skilled, safety-focused mariners to crew the next chapter of our story.
Open Positions
- Masters — lead vessel operations, drive safe transfer of technicians, and set the standard at the helm.
- Mates — strong navigators ready to step up, support the Master, and develop toward command.
- Deckhands — capable, motivated crew who take pride in seamanship, maintenance, and getting the job done right.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid STCW certifications and MCA / flag-state tickets appropriate to grade.
- Prior CTV, workboat, or offshore experience (preferred, not essential for Deckhand roles).
- A strong safety mindset and a team & customer first attitude.
- Right to work in the UK or EU.
