HR Advisor Brighouse £35,000 circa 9-5 Monday to Friday. (flexible) Would look at a 30 hour week. An excellent opportunity has arisen within a leading Manufacturing client to support the Senior HR Manager within the business. An award-winning company with a super working environment, great vibrant offices and production sites with a lovely family feel. You will assist the HR Manager with the consistent delivery of people policies, generalist HR, Recruitment and HR procedures. Client Details My client is a leading Global client, they carry a strong brand and a high level of customer focus. Whilst delivery of internal KPIs is a critical part of their success, their people and service make the brand. Description As HR Advisor you will be responsible for supporting colleague engagement, retention, absence, inductions, training, recruitment and succession planning as part of your daily role within this super business.
