Account Manager - UK Retailers

Salary: £27,000 - £29,000

Working Hours: 9-5 Monday to Friday, Hybrid one day a week after successful probationary period, Office based.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking a lead role and daily point of contact for client (Brand Owner, Retailer) and customer (Garment Manufacturer)
  • Personally responsible for allocated accounts alongside Key Account Managers
  • Product management – inventory planning and monitoring, logistics, system setup
  • Work closely with Key Account Manager(s) to achieve required outcomes of projects
  • Customer management – order processing and monitoring
  • Managing and maintaining Web Order System: Promotion to customers
  • Sales and respective administration process control, including financial procedures
  • Involved in all aspects of sales/tender project support, internal sales to reconnect with customers

This role is ideal for a pro-active and well-organised individual looking to develop their existing sales skills in a busy services environment. You will be one of the main contacts for some Huge National Key Accounts advising on projects and product services. This is a very challenging customer account management role, managing existing client key projects throughout the UK and maximising business through excellent delivery of customer service and account management.
