As a result of continued growth and success, my Credit Insurance client is seeking an ambitious and driven Insurance Sales Account Manager to administer a portfolio of new clients and existing clients, ensuring renewal and liaising with clients and Underwriters as required.
Deliver a high level of support to new clients, supporting new business initiatives through building new client relationships.
- Generate new business qualifying leads and building new relationships.
- Renewal and ongoing servicing of a portfolio of existing clients.
- Development of new business relationships by ensuring face-to-face meetings are held.
- Training of clients on basic policy administration.
- Supporting/advising new clients on credit limit appeals, overdue accounts, negotiation of claims, and submission of turnover declarations.
- Timely negotiation of existing client renewals in accordance with compliance guidelines.
- Working with new businesses - identify & target companies and grow sales.
- Managing and developing underwriter and other professional relationships.

Requirements:
- 2 years experience in Trade Credit Insurance or Insurance Sales
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
- A proven success record for developing new business accounts
- Confidence in sales development and working to targets
- Ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong communication (both written and verbal), negotiation, sales, and IT skills.
