A new exciting opportunity is now available to a proactive, methodical and enthusiastic candidate looking for a Service Coordinator role. My exclusive client, a renowned National client, is looking for an individual with excellent sales administration support and IT skills, a positive personality, someone that can think outside the box and work well under pressure to join an amazing brand.
This client has a fun and lively engineering team that are looking for a candidate to support the full sales administrative function for the team as well as scheduling planned installation and maintenance. Due to the nature and demand of this role, we do require candidates with at least one year's experience working within a similar scheduler role.
As the first point of contact for all existing customer enquiries, you will ascertain any faults and diagnosis, providing quotations and pricing. You will update all calls with customers and engineers onto the internal systems accurately, order any parts for engineers, and liaise with engineers for part specifics. You will also organise delivery of parts to site, organise logistics and installations, and source the correct specialist engineer within your location as you will be responsible for an area of the UK, managing the engineer diaries.
Ensure follow-up calls with all customers to ensure all maintenance and works are completed satisfactorily. You will be the first point of contact for any customer enquiries or complaints, confirming product warranties and ensuring follow-up calls to keep customers fully updated with the fault process.
This role requires a calm and confident telephone manner, excellent organisation skills, and the ability to remain calm under what can be a pressure environment. Strong organisation skills are essential.
