Your new company is one of the leading suppliers in their industry of crafted manufactured products in the UK. The Supply Chain and Customer Service team is undergoing a period of growth and is now looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to enhance their customer journey.

  • You will be providing quotations for customers, advising on parts and clarifying stock availability, processing a high volume of sales orders for a key customer base, managing webchat regarding stock and any customer queries, managing delivery schedules and liaising with production for lead-times.
  • This is an office-based role, system and database driven, so if you have projects and customer support experience within another industry it would be really relevant as long as you can work with multiple systems and calculate quotations.
  • Reviewing stock levels and ensuring accurate customer delivery planning, ensuring that customer orders are up to date, scheduled and maintained onto the SAP database.

To succeed you will need to be customer friendly and have a keen eye for detail. You will be passionate about your role and how it can make a real difference. Experience of working in a busy modern manufacturing office environment would be preferable due to the fast-paced nature of the business but it’s not essential if you have already worked within a busy customer service environment.
