A leading UK Manufacturing specialist is looking for an account manager that can manage sales orders for key accounts, making customer calls daily to introduce them to new products and offers to add to their existing accounts. This role is based on delivering customer service with a large existing customer base, so although you will be making outbound calls, this will be to existing customers that you get to know, build relationships with, whilst maximising their monthly account spend.
20-30 Calls a day. As the Internal Sales Account Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of sales support administration, in a modern fast-paced manufacturing open office site. This role is ideal for a pro-active and well-organised individual who is looking to develop their existing customer service or sales skills in a busy services environment.
Customer Service & Sales Advisor experience and enthusiasm to call and speak with people are the key skills needed for this role. Established over 35 years, my client is renowned for international products, delivering and maintaining a high level of customer service & aftercare to their clients. You will be assigned some existing key customer accounts that you will develop through delivery of excellent customer service.
