A new exciting Customer Repairs Advisor opportunity is now available to a proactive, methodical and enthusiastic person, looking for this a busy and varied customer telephone support role.
My client is looking for and someone with excellent administration & customer support and IT skills, a positive personality, someone that can think outside the box & work well under pressure to join this fun and friendly team.
This client has a great a fun and lively repairs team that are looking for a candidate to support the full warranty function for the team as well as scheduling planned repairs and works.
Due to the nature and demand of this role we do require candidates with at least one years experience working within a busy and demanding administrative support role.
The role consists of planning customer repairs and delivery of equipment to site, updating schedule jobs onto portable trackers, raising purchase orders for jobs & works completed, finance administration, ensuring that all equipment is installed to the highest standard and the quality of installation is to the agreed specification.
You will be required to liaise regularly with the technicians and to ensure that all repairs are carried out within the correct timescales and are in line with the correct regulatory guidelines, advising customers of any issues or areas for improvement.
You will enjoy managing your own timescales, work well under pressure, and have an unwavering attention to detail. Be pro-active, self-motivated and able to problem solve.
As first point of contact for all existing customer claims enquiries for contract queries, payment processes, PO numbers it could be anything and everything!
This role requires a calm and confident telephone manner, excellent organisation skills, the ability to remain calm under what can be a pressure environment, strong administration skills.
