Complaints Investigation Administrator Bradford £25,890 Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week – Hybrid Wednesday/Thursday office based. 25 days holiday plus additional holiday incentive. They are looking to enhance their talented Customer Complaints team and the Customer Service role offers a chance to work at the heart of this dynamic fast-paced commercial business. As the Customer Complaints Advisor, you will manage complex warranty complaint with the help of the technical team to try secure a sportive outcome for their customers. You will be required to liaise daily with the technical teams and the customers, investigating and providing full support to help maximise the potential of the complaint resolution. The key duties for this post will be varied, pressured and you will have the ability to manage your time effectively with a very keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will have previous outbound and inbound customer service complaints experience as well as the ability to work proactively in a dynamic environment. An excellent telephone manner is crucial to the role alongside a result driven attitude. You will be IT literate and have a confident and professional and friendly approach to your work. Strong organisational skills.
