About the Role
Faros Capital is hiring a Client Onboarding & Sales Officer with experience in a UK accounting firm to contact new leads, support existing clients, and manage the full onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact new leads with an offer of our services
- First point of contact for new and existing clients
- Manage the full onboarding process for new clients
- Register new companies and required schemes
- Complete KYC/AML checks
- Maintain and update CRM records
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in a UK accounting firm (must confirm in application)
- Strong English (spoken & written)
- CRM experience
- Understanding of company registrations & onboarding processes
- Strong communication and attention to detail
Preferred:
- Xero experience
- Previous sales or onboarding experience
