Farnsworth Group is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer in one of the following locations: Austin or Frisco, TX; Greenwood Village, CO (Denver Tech Center); or Phoenix, AZ. This role offers an opportunity to join an experienced structural engineering group with growth potential and a unique chance to contribute to expanding service markets in the western US, primarily in CO, TX, AZ, and surrounding states. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, client-focused, proficient in technical design and construction services, and understands the importance of providing professional services at all times.
Job Activities:
- Perform structural design calculations
- Develop construction documents and provide construction administration services
- Perform site visits, attend client meetings, and coordinate with project teams
Specific Requirements include:
- Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering, with emphasis on structures
- 8+ years of structural engineering experience
- Structural Engineer (SE) licensure preferred
- Experience with design and construction of semiconductor/clean room and/or industrial structures is a plus
- Experience with materials like steel, concrete, masonry, or wood
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong team player capable of managing multiple projects
- Revit proficiency preferred
