Farnsworth Group is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor in our Phoenix, AZ office. We are excited to add Land Surveying to our Phoenix office and are looking for a Professional Land Surveyor to oversee Boundary and Topographical Surveys, Construction Layouts, Subdivision Plats, Right of Way Plats and Descriptions, Parcel Legal Descriptions, and ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys. The role involves a mix of office and field work, with potential travel.
Specific Requirements include:
- Licensure: 5 – 10 years as a licensed Arizona Professional Land Surveyor, required
- Proficiency with GPS, Robotic Total Station, and Data Collectors
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ARCGIS, and/or MicroStation
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Bluebeam
- Ability to organize field notes
- Ability to read Construction Plans
- Experience performing Boundary Research
- Ability to execute field staking
- Strong math skills
- Valid driver\’s license
Desired Qualifications:
- Additional State Licensures, such as New Mexico or Utah
- Drone and Scanner experience
- OSHA 30-hour Certification
