Farnfields Solicitors have an excellent opportunity for an experienced full-time, permanent Legal Assistant or Legal Administrative Assistant to join our busy Private Client Department at our offices in Warminster, Wiltshire. This role offers flexibility depending on experience level.
What is the role?
Position Title:
- Legal Assistant – for candidates with proven legal secretarial or legal assistant experience.
- Legal Administrative Assistant – for candidates with strong administrative and audio typing skills, with full training provided.
You will provide secretarial support to a busy Private Client team. Duties to include:
- Audio typing and document production
- Handling client calls and appointment scheduling
- General administrative tasks
Who you are?
- A team player with strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident and proactive in dealing with clients
- Strong secretarial and admin background, including audio typing
- Friendly, professional attitude and client-focused
- Good English and Maths grades
- Previous legal secretarial experience (especially in Private Client) is preferred but not essential
