We have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Support Specialist to join our team in Leeds 12 (West Yorkshire). This is a flexible, hybrid-working role, offering a great balance between working from home and the office! Skills This is a key role within the logistics team, providing vital support to the Freight Manager and wider logistics operations. With a passion for detail, strong administrative skills, and proficiency with Microsoft systems, especially Excel your role will include supporting other teams with analytics and reporting related to logistics performance in addition to: Ensuring carriers meet performance standards (KPIs) Helping to progress logistics projects Maintaining accurate data and records across the EMEA regionAs a subject matter expert, the Logistics Support Specialist helps ensure that shipments will be managed the correct way, in time, expected quality and meet the necessary service requirements.
