We’re looking for a commercially minded Commercial Finance Analyst to join our team, partnering closely with our Product and Asset functions. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in driving sales performance, improving profitability, and ensuring effective inventory management through insightful analysis and reporting. What will you be doing?

  • Partnering with Product teams to provide analysis and insights that drive sales and margin improvement.
  • Supporting Asset management, including detailed inventory analysis and proactive identification of slow-moving and obsolete stock.
  • Producing and interpreting financial and operational reports to support business decision-making.
  • Managing and manipulating large datasets in Excel to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Building forecasting, trending, and performance reporting, including quarterly business updates.
  • Developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) with stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with Business Intelligence teams to enhance reporting tools and data accessibility.
  • Responding to internal data and reporting requests across the business.

What about you?

  • Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience) with progress towards or completion of CIMA, ACCA or ACA.
  • Strong Excel skills with experience handling large datasets (Power Query and SQL desirable).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into business insight.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Able to work independently, using judgement and initiative to solve problems.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive and curious approach.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
