Join our energetic and fast-growing team at Farnell as a Business Development Representative (BDR)! We're looking for a proactive, curious, and commercially driven individual to help identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities for our industry-leading Test & Measurement products, software, and solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting
- Engage new and existing customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Understand customer needs in R&D, manufacturing test, and validation environments
- Initiate first-contact conversations to position NI's test solutions
- Qualify opportunities based on need, fit, timeline, and budget
- Route sales-ready opportunities to Account Managers or Business Development Managers
- Respond promptly to customer information requests about NI products and capabilities
- Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the opportunity lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and NI partners
- Accurately update CRM systems to support forecasting and pipeline visibility
- Contribute to pipeline growth, account expansion, and regional sales objectives

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with guidance
- Comfortable engaging customers through outbound outreach
