The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
Due to our expanding business, we are looking for an Early Years Teacher to work in an experienced team of practitioners. We are located in the village of Farndon, Chester. The successful candidate will work 30 hours per week, from 8:30am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday, and be involved in the planning and delivery of the EYFS, ensuring the children are learning through play. The setting has a Christian ethos, but we celebrate diversity and welcome children and staff from all faiths and backgrounds. Holidays are 35 days per year, including bank holidays.

Responsibilities

- Drive initiatives that enhance the nursery\’s educational offerings and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, safeguarding policies, and early years frameworks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is essential.
- A qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children and families.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to inspire and guide both children and colleagues within the nursery environment.
