We’re on the lookout for a Senior Sous Chef to join our team at Farncombe Estate! Perched on our beautiful hillside estate above Broadway, The Fish Hotel is a relaxed countryside retreat where outstanding food and warm hospitality go hand in hand. Home to our 2 AA Rosette restaurant Hook, with its focus on bold, seasonal dishes and locally sourced ingredients, this is a kitchen where creativity, teamwork and quality are at the heart of everything we do. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced chef to step into a key leadership role, supporting the Head Chef, developing a talented brigade, and helping to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

The details:
- Salary of £44,604 per annum plus a share of gratuities (adding approximately £3000-£3500 per annum)
- £48,100 per annum estimated total package per year (including service charge)
- 48 hours per week, 5 days including weekends
