Waiting Staff to join our Food & Beverage teams at both The Dormy House Hotel & Spa and The Fish Hotel
— two of Farncombe Estate’s award-winning hotels, set within our beautiful hillside estate above Broadway.
Whether it’s relaxed woodland dining at The Fish or laid-back luxury at Dormy House, our restaurants are all about creating memorable experiences, serving fantastic food and delivering warm, genuine hospitality.
From The Fish’s cosy countryside feel, luxury treehouses and shepherd’s huts, to Dormy House’s award-winning restaurants and spa retreat atmosphere, every guest experience is unique — and our Waiting Teams play a huge part in making those moments special.
As part of our Food & Beverage team, you’ll help deliver friendly, attentive and memorable service every day.
What you’ll be doing
- Welcoming guests and creating a friendly, relaxed atmosphere
- Delivering excellent food and drink service with confidence and care
- Sharing menu knowledge and making thoughtful recommendations
- Ensuring tables and dining areas are clean, organised and inviting
- Working closely with kitchen and bar teams
- Handling payments accurately and professionally
- Supporting colleagues during busy services
- Maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene

- £13.45 per hour (rising to £13.65 after one year)
