We are on the lookout for our next Hospitality Supervisor to join our F&B team at The Fish Hotel in the Cotswolds! We are a family-owned, 4 AA Red Star property featuring the acclaimed seafood restaurant Hook (2 AA rosettes) serving sustainable Cornish seafood. Our guests can also enjoy our vibrant lounge and bar areas, offering gourmet hotdogs, small plates, cocktails, and delicious regional tipples.
Nestled in the heart of the woodlands at the south of our Estate, The Fish’s friendly Food & Beverage team is looking for a Hospitality Supervisor to help lead our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences across our restaurants, bars, and events. You’ll be hands-on in service, guiding and supporting the team to ensure smooth operations and the highest standards of hospitality.
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role within a quality restaurant, bar, or hotel setting. You’ll be confident in leading a team, proactive in problem-solving, and full of enthusiasm for creating memorable moments for every guest.
The Details:
- Full Time, 40 hours per week over 5 days (including weekends)
- A competitive salary plus service charge (£14.85 per hour plus share of gratuities)
