We’re on the lookout for a Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at Farncombe Estate! Perched on our beautiful hillside estate above Broadway, Dormy House Hotel is a 4 AA Red Star boutique hotel known for its laid-back luxury and exceptional food and drink experiences. From our 3 AA Rosette restaurant The Back Garden to our 4 AA Rosette and Michelin Guide-listed chef’s table MO, this is a place where passion, creativity and quality come together. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Food & Beverage service department—driving exceptional guest experiences, developing a high-performing team, and delivering strong commercial results across the business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the day-to-day Food & Beverage operation across the hotel
- Delivering personal, memorable and anticipatory guest experiences
- Managing, motivating and developing managers, supervisors and wider teams
- Driving service standards, consistency and attention to detail
- Monitoring performance, labour and costs to deliver against budgets
- Identifying opportunities to increase revenue and profitability
- Working closely with kitchen and wider departments to ensure seamless service
The details:
- £43,449 p/a plus gratuities (approximately £2000-2500 p/a)
- 40 hours per week, 5 days including weekends
- Meals on duty + contribution towards workwear
